For damaged or faulty items, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

For all other returns, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

All returns must be completed within 30 days from the delivery date.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their unopened packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Please note that postage and shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Special Order Products

Custom-made or specially ordered products (e.g., items cut to size or drilled to specification) cannot be returned, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders

If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.
