Returns Policy
We offer a straightforward return process. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must be completed and items received back at our warehouse within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or damaged. We do not refund any original postage or shipping costs, except in cases where the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt and provide clear photographs via email. For custom-made, specially ordered, or altered products (e.g., items cut to specification or drilled), returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or faulty.
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3 to 5 business days), we will process your refund. You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks, depending on your bank's processing time. Delivery estimates are provided based on the courier's schedule, and while we strive for punctuality, we are not responsible for unforeseen courier delays.
